Daniel Bowen, 29, of Blue Springs was found hanged in a bathroom Saturday.

i believe the jail is responisible for his death they knew he attempted it before and did not have him on suicidial watch. they had a whole lot to say in the newspaper but have nothing to say now. everybody that he was in jail with said he wrote a letter but they say there was no note
