The Parkway Elementary School choir performs before a group of more than 300 in Ballard Park on Thursday at the 20th annual lighting of the Tupelo Christmas tree. A John Deere “Gator” pulled children around the pond in a train of plastic cars and folks enjoyed hot chocolate and free admission to the Oren Dunn Museum.
